HOW IT WORKS

Every trip is planned and booked by one local team.

STEP BY STEP

Three steps from the first message to the islands.

01

Tell Us

Share the vision for the trip: the group, the dates and the experience in mind.

02

We Plan

We build the itinerary, book the stays, boats and chefs, and confirm every detail.

03

You Show Up

Arrive to a trip that's already handled, with our team there throughout.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every trip is arranged as one complete package.

We book the short flight to Bocas del Toro and back, timed around the rest of the trip. Guests only need to arrange their international travel to Panama.

A stay matched to the group, whether that's a private villa, a boutique hotel, a home in town or a cabin in the jungle.

Airport shuttles, cars on Isla Colón and boats from island to island, with bicycles, e-bikes or ATVs available for getting around.

The group chooses the tours, day trips and excursions, and we arrange each one with local guides we know and trust.

Meals prepared at the stay by a local chef, planned around the group's tastes and any dietary needs.

Prefer a night out instead of the private chef? We'll secure the table and get the group there and back. The group simply pays the restaurant for the meal.

One host stays with the group from arrival to departure: leading the way, translating, picking up essentials and ready for whatever the group needs throughout the stay.

A day-by-day plan shared before arrival, and updated during the trip if the weather or plans change.

The full cost is clear before the trip begins, every booking is taken care of, and the group can leave the payments behind and enjoy the islands.

TRIP DETAILS

Everything worth knowing before you book, from payments to what happens if it rains.

We recommend booking 2 to 3 months ahead, and earlier for holidays and high season. Shorter notice is possible depending on availability.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the trip, everything paid above the deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days before the trip are not refunded. The deposit is non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
